law firm in Portland is looking for a strong litigation secretary to work
on a 3 month contract. If you are a good fit with them then the position
could go permanent. You must have at least 3yrs recent experience to be
considered along with a stable work history. You will be working with
various Complex Tort matters involving Product Liability, Medical Malpractice
and General Personal Injury. Experience in these areas is not required
but would be very beneficial. The right candidate will be well organized,

a long term Litigation Legal Secretary with 5+yrs experience. The right
candidate will have a very stable work history, strong attention to detail,
great typing & Secretarial skills and be able to multi task. The position
is at a 400-lawyer multi-national law firm supporting potentially 2-3
Attorneys. Heavy Litigation Experience is a must. Experience in other
area's of law is not required but is encouraged. Proficiency in Excel
