You may be wondering why you should use a Washington based service for your staffing needs in Atlanta, DC, New York City, Dallas, etc. if we don't meet our applicants face to face. The simple answer is that you don't really need to meet applicants to get to know them, their skills, needs, motivation and personality. Actually, we find that we make better, longer lasting placements this way. We cut out the 'judgment factor' that most agencies use. Since we have no idea what our applicants look like we cannot judge them on their physical appearance, ethnicity or age. We solely 'judge' them on their personality, skill set and references.

If you don't meet your applicants how do you know that they dress professionally/appropriately for different law firm atmospheres? We have been asked this time and time again. Well, reference checks allow us to ask past employers about their professionalism. Additionally, we can look at where our applicant had worked previously (size of firm and their reputation) to ascertain the dress code requirements. We also ask our applicants which type of environment they prefer as we don't want to place someone who likes to dress casually in a suit and tie environment.

We thoroughly screen our applicants via reference checks (Attorneys and Administrators) and phone screening. Our recruiters have a thorough understanding of the differences in legal and non-legal staff duties, practice areas, technical programs and general skills required. We ask specific questions about their job duties, programs used, areas of expertise, etc. and assess their level of experience in each of these areas.

How can we find you a job/applicant any better than a local agency can? Well, the difference between us and local agencies is that we market our applicants to firms who practice in the same areas of law that they have experience in. We find jobs just for you, the applicant. In reverse, we advertise for our employers in a multitude of online and print formats. We only send our employers the most qualified candidates for their positions. If we do not have someone that we believe is a great match, we will not submit a "warm body" just to earn a fee.

We consider ourselves "assistants" to our Employers and Applicants. It is our goal to thoroughly understand your needs so that we are able to make a match that is satisfying to all parties involved.
